Don't concern yourself with one day. Instead aim to hit your weekly target.0

Not a lot you can do but put it down to experience, draw a line under it and move on! Keep smiling. Tomorrow is a new day and we're only human!!!0

Move on with life. It was one day. It won't really set your progress back that much, and you don't need to overcompensate the next day by restricting or over-exercising - that will just lead you into a yo-yo dieting cycle.0

Move on w/o giving it another thought.
I keep a spreadsheet tracking intake, exercise, net calories...stuff like that. I average things over a week and two weeks.
Looking at that average helps me not sweat 1 bad day. It would take a very bad day indeed to mess up an average taken over 2 weeks, and long term behavior is really the important thing.0
