How'd you get rid of the gutt??????? You look awesome!!
Thanks! First and foremost, I started to eat better. No more candy bars, no sugary drinks, no unhealthy snacks.
Then, I did this:
30-Day Shred every day for 30 days straight.
No More Trouble Zones 4 times a week for 40 days.
6-Pack in 6-Weeks Training for 6 weeks straight 3 days a week, and weight training the last 3 weeks of 6P6W every other day.0 -
