HEEEELP please.

Hey,
I started three months ago, but right now I'm gaining weight back. I feel so hungry all the time and just to eat all the time. I try to restrict myself and to do some exercises, but I feel bad for those big and unhealthy snacks.
Plus, I am trying to go more healthy and don't really know what to eat.
I need some support, so feel free to add me.

    I just started but I am also hungry all the time and when I think about changes - my stomach growls - no kidding! I need some friends and motiviation so will be happy to add you

  • HI, where are you from that you're measring in Kg?

    look at WHAT you're eating, and when. are you getting sufficient protein, and spread out throughout the day? What types of carbs are you getting? white bread vs vegs and whole grains that stick with you? read up on the GI diet or Southbeach and their discussions of food that digests slowly & prevents spikes and lows in your blood sugars. can you change up your food plan such that you have a cheese stick mid morning and mid afternoon that is only 50 calories but provides protein and a little fat so it digests slowly?
