As winter approaches, I'm ready to move my workouts indoors. To provide some variety that isn't the "Dreadmill" what is your favorite fitness video and why?

Insanity - Helped me get abs.

P90X - Awesome all around Fitness. It's just fun. A lot of people hate on the program. But it got me into what I consider good shape.

Body Beast - Helping me put some extra lean muscle.

I dare to say that they work.

I like the 30 day shred. there's 3 different workouts and they're all challenging in there own way. feel like the whole bodies been worked and in only about 25 mins. also a fan of pilates(denise austin) for those days I don't feel like doing hard cardio.

agree that p90x is great too! did 2 rounds a few years ago(before the weight gain.lol.) and loved it! thought it helped my running endurance too.

For cardio, my favorite is Jillian Michaels Kickbox FastFix, because it's a ton of fun, and there are three workouts, and they are exactly 20 minutes, warm up through cool down. Typically I use it for 20 minutes of cardio on my non-running days (I run outside all year).

I have a stack of JM DVDs on my entertainment center, and used to rotate through them to stave off boredom, but over the summer started using Nike Training Club on my phone - free app, tons of workouts there.

    JM titles are:
    Kickbox FastFix
    Killer Buns & Thighs
    Ripped In 30
    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
    Shred It With Weights
    Yoga Meltdown
    6 Week Six-Pack

There's good variety there, both in types of workouts and in length, and you can usually pick them up for around $10 or less at Target. I'd love to give P90x or Insanity or some of the other bigger sets out there, but they don't fit my budget.
