Is it worth the $$ ???
I'm interested in a regime that they offer when it comes to circuit training and fitting in 30 min is very do-able for me.
Any opinion/comments on them will be great!

It's a great place to start if you're new to exercise or feel uncomfortable in a traditional gym. The provide a very supportive environment and the exercises are easier and can be adapted for any mobility issues.
However, once you start to lose weight, you'll likely want/need something more challenging. I would hesitate to sign a contract that's longer than 6 months, because at some point, you are going to progress past the limited exercises/routines they have available.0 -
I agree, it's great for the beginner but you quickly outgrow it. I started out going there and lost 40 lbs but then I became bored and didn't find it challenging enough.0

That was helpful thanks ladies. I had the same feeling when I took the tour, that it would be good for the beginning and it will be good place close by to workout when winter gets here. Thanks again!0
