Amazing! Great job! Now get to your goal faster by doing this one thing........ weight lifting!
And maybe dont push yourself so hard during exercise - i have knee problems too. Sometimes its not even the knee, just muscles around the knee (quads, hams, thighs) that are weak and are putting too much pressure on them. Strengthen your legs see if it helps (its helped me) and if shreds to hard go 1/2 speed. It'll get easier and you can get faster at it without even realizing it!0
