  • Welcome! I'm a newbie too. This is a neat way to help with a new years resolution, eh?

    Dieting.. I've been doing this thing that's been working out GREAT.. I don't diet in the traditional sense. I eat whatever I want.. Just keeping in mind to keep under my caloric intake. I still eat brownies, and Taco Bell.. But instead of 10 brownies.. just one.. :wink: Taco Bell is easy too. Every fast food place has a Nutritional content pamphlet.

    I know it sounds crazy.. but this has been my secret weapon!
