Stranger NSV

New woman started at work this week.
We went for a walk to go pick up lunch today.
She's let out a minor complaint about her weight. (She's a healthy weight.)
And then she said....

.... wait for it....

"You don't have to worry about that you're so skinny"

She doesn't know me or my history, others have seen my transformation. And I've assumed that the kudos I get I are comparative... I hear them as not as fat as you used to be.

But she called me skinny, SKINNY
After I told she was my new best friend... I did mention that my weight has been a life long struggle and I happen to be in a good place now.
