Well, first of October is here. We will be pulling the dock, boat lift and boats out of the water for the year. Pontoon will be pickled and stuffed in the back of the garage. Always a bummer..................Until I realize that means hunting season is upon us. Then the lakes get hard and Ice Fishing season is here. Man I love fall.

I am bored so what do you all do for fall/winter prep?

I wear long pants when I go fishing. And I MIGHT have to wear waders with my SOT kayak...

I live in South Florida. So going to the beach swimming and the same stuff I do in the summer except for the scoarching 90+ degree weather

We load a few rounds, check the sighting of the rifle, maybe do a little squirrel hunting... Hit the tailwaters of Bull Shoals or Greers Ferry and catch some browns spawning or some big rainbows... Watch a little football when the team is winning (hunting this year instead... oh well). Spend some evenings with friends and maybe have a Sam Adams or two.

    Fall is for relaxing.

I hope it ends up being as awesome as it sounds! It's my main focus for training these days...."Must get up the mountain to 400 bull...must get up the mountain, fast."
