Off and on the wagon

I think I posted this in the wrong board group a few minutes ago....

I fell off the exercise wagon around mid-July when I came back from vacation....it was hit and miss for the remainder of the summer. But nowhere near the daily exercise I had been doing prior to then. As a teacher, my freestyle routine changed in August and I'm having the hardest time getting back with logging my food and exercising. I've gained about 4 lbs, which considering I haven't been logging or exercising, I'd say that's not bad. But now...I really want to get back on that wagon. I FEEL different, in a BAD way. I may not have gained much weight back, but the inches are creeping back on because my clothes are tight. Fortunately, I'm trying to get a grip on it now. Anyone else out there trying to get back with it. I was obsessed with the success stories I would see and vowed to be one myself on April 1st, which will be my 1 year anniversary....
