Gaining Weight Together

Hi there, everyone. About a year ago, I was 25 lbs. lighter than I am today. I have also been dating a man who owns a bakery since that time (my boyfriend gained about 40 lbs). I have been getting frustrated with the fact that I have gained so much weight. Any ideas on how to "jump start" my metabolism and try again? The winter time is coming and I have a tendency to eat poorly during that time (I'm Italian-- we eat!).

Any ideas or suggestions on how to get started and motivated again would be greatly appreciated.
