How much better am I doing?

A few days ago I was eating like this:
-a granola bar for breakfast (24% less sugar)
-a hamburger and fries for lunch (no vegetables on the burger)
-peanut butter & jelly sandwich for dinner.
-drinking 1 bottle of water & exercising for nearly 2 hours
I stayed wayy under my calorie goal & now I realize how unhealthy this was.
Yesterday I started adding things that I assume are better for you, such as eating grilled chicken instead of a hamburger for lunch, adding mountain trail mix (I assume the nuts & raisins are fairly healthy)
Today:
-I had 2 eggs for breakfast
-a hamburger WITH vegetables for lunch
-trail mix
-chips (a small bag with 160 calories)
-a granola bar (25% less sugar)
I didn't exercise nearly as much today and I had 2 bottles of water. I reached a net of 1134 calores of my 1200 today though. I know it's not a perfect meal and exercise plan, but I think I'm doing better. Am I? If so, is it possible to continue to eat like this on SOME days and still lose weight?

That's a lot of fat and sodium. I could never eat like that every day and lose weight. But that's just me.
Granola bars are, generally, not especially "healthy". They are usually LOADED with sugar and super high in carbs. For the amount of calories, there are tons more quality foods you could put in you that would be more filling.
You're making steps, I would just take that a step further and look at more quality calories, especially for how much you exercise.0 -
Be careful with trail mix! You think it's healthy but the nuts are high in fat and the dried fruit is high in sugar (bad for your teeth). You'd be better off with a 4-8 nuts (about 1 serving) and fresh fruit. Try cutting out the processed food (burger, chips, granola bar) and add in more veges, fruit, lean protein etc.0

Where is the fruit? You need several servings of fruit and veggies per day, not just lettuce and tomato on a burger. Try frozen blueberries (taste like popsicles). Apples. Grapes. Roasting veggies is easy... Put strips of carrots in the oven after tossing lightly in olive oil and salt/pepper. Sautee zucchini with onion and garlic. Ditch the chips. Replace trail mix with roasted almonds. (or add 1 tbsp chocolate chips for 70 calories and a little treat with the almonds. Dark chocolate better.)0
