I HV BUILT UP MY MUSCLE MASS EATING WELL OVER 2,200 CAL A DAY FA DA PAST 3 MONTHS & NOW IM READY 2 CUT DOWN FROM 142 TO 132. WILL KEEPIN MY PROTEIN HIGH & DOIN A LOTTA STRENGTH TRAINING & CARDIO HELP ME TRIM BACK DOWN WHILE MAINTAINING MUSCLE?

    cut carbs a little bit. try to have most of your carbs surrounding your workout. only cut calories to around 200 cals less than your TDEE....

    continue to weight train 4-5x week but add cardio. the best cardio (IMO) is HIIT 2-3x week about 20min each.
