Headaches and Tinitus (Ringing in the Ears) - anyone have th

Still have the headache that's been plaguing me. Have been having them more frequently. I had gone for quite a few years without them, but now they are back. Hormones? A cold coming on? Tension? I don't know. I'm also getting Tinitus, a constant ringing or humming in my ears (inside my head, but seeming in my ears) that's sort of a white wash of noise that has taken on a little too much specificity. It's a chorus of high thin searing tones. Does anyone else have this, or have you dealt with it in the past? Might diet have anything to do with this? How can it be helped?:sick:

    Working with a headache today. Watching sodium intake. My food choices today lead to more protein and fiber than is my daily goal. Is that a bad thing?:sick:

    Have you ever had your ears washed out. My mom gets the ringing in her ears and kind of dizzy and off balance. When this happens she knows its time for her to go to the doctor to get her ears washed out.
