is it ok to eat a late dinner?!!

ok so i didn't have time to go to the gym until around dinner time so i missed dinner... is it ok to have a salad right now? its like 9:00 pm lol i just don't wanna mess up. this is what the rest of my day looked like
weight control maple and brown sugar oatmeal @10:00 am
cheese stick @12:00
grilled chicken breast with spinach and 2 egg whites @2:00 and also some red seedless grapes
chobani yogurt with raisins @ 4:00
banana @ 6:00
some carrots and celery sticks dipped in blue cheese dressing @7
gym from 7-8:45 (burned 900 cals)
and now i want a salad!!! is this okay!? lol

YES!! It's a myth that eating after a certain hour makes you gain weight. Most of the time I don't get home till like 9 so that's when I eat dinner. Eat whenever you want. Be it early in the morning, before bed, many times a day, or all in one sitting. The only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out, as well as your macros and nutrients of course.0

There is very little evidence to suggest that eating food later rather than early has much impact, as long as your overall calorie intake is within your healthy range. I never got these questions....0
