From 181 to 166 is a great way to start! I'm 5'4" and I'd like to get to 130, though I'm currently at 150. My highest was 170, but that was five years ago or so. We can help each other, especially since we're both trying to lose around the same amount of weight, around the same height and right around the same weight levels!

Here's my story.. Maybe you can relate sorta..

I have 3 little ones 1,3 and almost 7 in november. My problem is that I have always dealt with weight. Not that I was horribly off, but as a child I was on the verge of being the chubby kid. My mom ate nothing but fast food and as kids we had no choice. My dad was working a different shift and was a health freak. My mom hid the eating out every night from him and I started getting depressed. My grandma when she had us on the weekends (I have a little sister) would only let us have 1 serving (no joke it was extremely small) and follow up saying "you don't want to get fat do you?" She has never liked my mom and preached to us kids that basically don't end up like her. I was confused and took the healthy route and opening up to my dad and I started working out at a gym with him. I lost the weight. My sister on the other hand went anorexic and still is. I got pregnant at 18 and gained a ton of weight again. Starving myself, I got back down to a comfortable weight. I got a job at a gym for 4 years and learned to take better care of me.. At 21 I got married and we got pregnant shortly after. I was literally sending my husband to the gas station every night for ice cream and 2 large candy bars. By the time I had our daughter I had gained 65lbs. Again, I got depressed and ate a low amount of calories. I tried many workouts at home since at this point I was forced to quit my job and stay home as day care was just too much. My husband went (and still does) full time to work during the day and full time school at night.. every night. Since we moved away from our family I had no one to talk to. The depression really hit up and so did migraines from my poor health. By the time we got pregnant with our 3rd child, the migraines were so bad so I started eating more and more hoping for a relief. Nothing helped. My son was born July 2011 and I just gave up. I gained another 10lbs.. By the time January 2012 came, I was MISERABLE!! I had migraines now every week and they would last for days. I couldn't afford migraine meds because the ones I tried didn't work and my husband developed celiac disease. His meds were $150 a month so I just toughed out my migraines. I heard some people talking about P90X and decided to give it a try.. 90 days, I lost 50lbs. I started taking shakeology 45 days into P90X.. My migraines were gone!! My husband also decided to give shakeology a try with my better mood and he was able to get off his meds!! From there I did insanity which was rough but it opened my eyes that I could do anything I wanted if I put my mind to. I felt better, I was able to go out and feel confident about myself for the first time ever. I took the summer off and decided that I wanted to be a coach for beachbody because not only did I get my shakeology cheaper, but because it was a life changer in my eyes and I wanted to help people regardless if they wanted to do beachbody products or if they just wanted a friend to talk to. I'm now doing Brazil Butt Lift and am now on round 2 and almost done. Not sure what I'm going to try next, but that's my story :0)

Growing up we ate fastfood ALOT too. Me and my two sisters have dealt with our weight a variety of unheathy ways. And though we do not see each other often, we definitely are competitive and not very nice to each other about our bodies. Also, I just got married and I want to get to a healthy weight so when I do get pregnant I am healthy for the baby.

    Thanks all for adding me
