    Quaker Old Fashioned oatmeal (If your store carries Stoats, get that instead).
    Raisins, brown sugar (For the oatmeal)
    carrots
    spinach
    almonds
    blue berries
    chobani yogurt
    cottage cheese

    tilapia (comes frozen, easy to cook, good flavor)

    Lean top round steak
    lean pork chops
    ground turkey/chicken
    canned tuna
    skim milk
    fat free plain chobani
    eggs
    sargento ultra thin cheese
    string cheese
    plain oatmeal
    unsweetened apple sauce
    all natural peanut butter
    plain nuts
    plain popcorn
    fresh fruit and veggies
    frozen veggies
    whole wheat bread
    quinoa
    brown rice
    dry beans

    Wow, I didn't realize my staples list was so long. Probably because I only ever buy a third of it at the time, whenever I run out of one ingredient I need for my meal that day I go and pick up whatever else I've run out of.
