1200 calories, calories spread

hey everyone. MFP tells me when I can't workout to eat about 1200 calories, and when I do about 1480. I was wondering how you guys divide your calorie sup throughout the day...I think I eat too littel early in the day cuz at night I get ravenous ;( I need help, motivating words or a game plan. Any advice?? Thanks!!

    I'm on a 1200 calorie per day plan as well. They say that breakfast should be your largest meal, lunch to be second, and for dinner to be the smallest. They say this because your body burns more calories at the peak of your day between breakfast and lunch time and as your metabolism starts to slow down near the end of the day, your meals/snacks should be smaller.

    I eat about every 2 to 2.5 hours, eating on average about 6 times a day.
