Help Don't want to Lose What I've GAINED (Good Way)

OK. So, I finish P90X tomorrow and have lost 10 lbs and lots of inches...gotta figure out how much first.

Anyways, I have gained strength overall and see muscles I've never realized I had. :) My abs are defined now and my legs have toned up...YAY for me!!!

Now what? I do run outside while pulling a wagon full of my two kids a couple of times a day during the week to and from school...or some treadmill running.

I love doing Zumba too....

I have some of Bob Harper's, Jackie Warner's and Jillian Michael's workout DVDs....but I don't want to lose what I've gained from P90X.

Does anyone know if Kettle Bell will help...I only have a 10lbs right now....

Also, I'd love to get another beachbody workout, but funds are limited especially when those workouts are so dang costly. But, if I get a little extra $$$, what would everyone out there recommend?

I'm 8-18 lbs from my goal....
I feel great and want to keep it going!!!

Thanks!
Michelle

Hey Michelle! Do you possibly have a library by u? I know the one here has alot of those workouts dvds you can borrow from them. Also if you have netflix or any kinda on demand w cable usually has a bunch too! If u have neither, i think a strength training routine could hold u over till you can purchase another video, ive seen quite a few posts of good ideas on how to put a routine together. Hope this helps a bit :)

And awesome job on your results with P90X!!! That is a tough program, way to stay committed! Hope your feeling as good as you look :)

Look up Jamie Eason's workouts.. if you can't afford a gym.
Very good intense workouts, little to no equipment required except for your own body weight.

I don't know the P90x program, but can't you just start it over? Work harder the second "first" day than you did the first first day. Go back and see, compare, how it has gotten easier but don't LET it get easier, work yourself harder.

Thank you very much! Yah...library has the type of DVDs I already own. I haven't found the "programs" like P90X. They probably don't trust people, because they'd probably keep it. :(

Yes. I feel great actually! First time in a long time. I have hated always having to go to doctors so much...with PCOS, IBS, ect. I found out I had relative hypothyroidism after starting weight loss journey, but have lived with it better doing what I have. I have meds, but am OK with it! :)

Was definitely pondering this. I need a break from it though, because if I go to it soon I will burn out and not finish it. LOL!

I started with a class and grew out of that quickly. I use the Kettleworx series...but hear Skogg is a good set as well. I really love it! Iv'e been working with a new trainer the last 3 months and she uses a lot of kettlebell in her workouts too...circuits of weight lifting, crossfit and Kettlebell... Amazing!
