Here's a yummy recipe for Tuna Salad. I eat it like a dip...with Bell Pepper strips, Celery, Carrots...just about any fresh, crunchy veggies.

1 5oz can drained and flaked Tuna
1 tbsp no sugar Mayo
2oz Cottage Cheese ( i use small curd)
1tsp freshly cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 spear Dill Pickle of your choice chopped up
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1tbsp grated or powdered Parmesan cheese

Mix it all up and leave it in the fridge for half an hour to blend the flavors

Enjoy !!!

It tastes great in sandwiches, as a spread or a filling, on a salad, as a dip ( just increase the cottage cheese a bit to make it more creamier)

Is there no index of members' recipes here? I'm new.

    Thanks.
