im in!!! I would like to loose 8 more pounds by October 31st !!!!
My plan of attack is to :
-Stay away from white! Pastas, Breads and Rice!!
-Eat veggies with EVERY MEAL!! Fruit is my dessert
-Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week ranging from high to low intesitywhats everyone elses game plan?
