Confused about something in New Rules of Lifting for Women!

Ok, I am not understanding which workouts I am supposed to do. I see there's a bunch of workouts, but the book doesn't state specifically which workouts to do, when to do them, in which order - or is it you pick and choose what you want to do?! aggghh. If anyone has a sample "plan" of the first week, I could probably figure it out from there!

Yprobably haven't read far enough in the book. It outlines the different exercises for you to do. You have stage one for like 6 weeks or so, and you alternate between 2 difference exercise sets that have about 4 different exercises per set.
Look on page 140, workout A is what you do for one day, and one page 141 you should see workout B, this is what you do the other day.
You alternate between workout A and B and you do a total of 16 workouts (8 for A and 8 for B). Then you would progress to the next stage.

True, I read most of the first half but skimmed through the rest. I'll take another look at it. I blame it on doing homework all day, lol.
