Hi all you beautiful people :D
I have recently discovered a whole new world of health and fitness and I LOVE it :)
I am starting the C25K tomorrow and I am trying to eat as healthy as I can :) not looking to lose much just to have more energy and get fit.
Only problem is that don't really have any idea what I'm doing?!
So would love to have some experienced friends who are willing to check out what I'm eatin and give me some feed back? And to answer some of my questions...
Just one question for now, Why eat back calories?! Doesn't that defeat the point?

The way this site and its app works is to set a calorie deficit in what you eat regardless of whether you exercise that day or not, so if you exercise it adds to your food goal to maintain the original calorie deficit.

It's an approach based on rewarding exercise with more food, which isn't to my taste but has its enthusiasts. Fundamentally it's just trying to keep the mathematics on track for a constant daily calorie deficit.
