I have some red lentils that I soaked overnight and am ready to make a tasty soup.

Has anyone got a tasty recipes to share please?

Yes- This soup from Food Network is really yummy. I used ground beef instead of what the recipe calls for.

This isn't lentil soup, but it does use lentils. Quite tasty. I recommend using the whole packet of taco seasoning or using a nice amount of pepper and garlic as it is bland otherwise. But my kids love it.
