Hi everybody,
I've been on mfp for over a year now, but never stuck to it.
Now I am. Tomorrow is going to be day 30 of my new regime of healthy eating and exercising, and it looks like the habit is slowly forming. For now, exercising is walking for an hour, but I've started a couch 2 5k program as well.
I'm looking to loose 35kg, about 80 pounds.m
Now that I have made this start, it would be very motivating to have some friends here to cheer each other on..

Hi Welcome back on track!
I also have to loose a lot of weight but just feeling better about myself is a great accomplishment (besides improving my health).
