150lbs want to lose 20/30lbs

Hi I am new on here. I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 149lbs. I really want to lose 20/30lbs. I've been watching what I eat this week and I've done 45mins on a crosstrainer on Tuesday, swimming for 45mins Wednesday and 1 hour of intense Zumba Thursday. I'm thinking of doing the 30 day shred today.
Can anyone suggest what more I need to do or how long I need to keep this up to see the results I want. I have weight on my face and belly that I really really want to lose!!!
