UK Big Bummy Mummy seeks friends!

I'm a mum trying to lose weight : its so hard preparing an enticing and attractive breakfast when you are trying to stop a 2 year old feeding toast to the dvd player! So if you are in the same position, trying hard to eat well whilst on the go please add me. We can swap recipes for us and the kids, exchange stories of how to fit in exercise during the afternoon nap time and most of all support each other when the lure of finishing the kiddo's half eaten sandwich becomes too much!

hiya.....i dont have a 2yr old,but have been there, done that...i have 5 children, so im fully aware of how hard it can be to roganise healthy eating and resisting left overs lol...... my youngest is now 4, so im past the cheekiness lol...but i will quite happily share tips, recipes & support each other along the way...

oh for a great breakfast (if thats your trouble time) have you ever tried swiss bircher..porridge oats, fruit & yoghurt, all mixed in together, cover and leave in the fridge over night, use a little skimmed milk in the morning to loosen it up...its great, tasty, healthy and is prepared the night before when little one is asleep maybe ?!?!!??!
