Help me please.

I don't know why I am not losing any weight. I've been dieting for a couple of years I went from being 113 now to 123 I gained practically 10 pounds. I don't eat a lot. I do the insanity workout program, I eat hEALTHY, but I don't know how or why I gained weight. I'm very disapoointed i don't know if I have thyroid problems or what I just seem to pack on the pounds really fast. Is there a diet pill ? or supplement ? That I can take to help me lose weight that is safe?

    If they're the same or even a little loose, then the gain just means that your workout regimen is adding muscle to your body. Muscle is heavier and more dense than fat, so an increase in weight without an increase in body size is probably nothing to worry about.
