I have started taking fish oil capsules because I can't afford my cholestrol meds. It just dawned on me to check the label and see if there was any calories listed and there is! 10 calories per capsule, that means I have been consuming 30 calories a day that haven't been logged in on my food diary.
I have posted this incase someone else may be taking them and not realizing there is calories and other nutritional info on the label.

P.S. They are listed in the food database

yep, oil contains fat, fish oil is a healthy fat, thus contains calories. This doesn't surprise me.

Yes indeed. I take 2 tsp of Flaxseed oil, and 1 tsp Sunflower oil every other day to get my essential fats. Those 3 tsp add up to 120 cals.
