I injured my ankle and knee more that a year ago...all was not so bad till I started training harder 2 months ago!
Me thinks the squats did me in!!
Now, in physio for the ankle and yesterday my knee locked up on me! The pain was sooooo bad I could not get up to walk....could not unbend it....it took me 10 minutes of massaging and slowly bending and unbending it to be able to walk again...
This is making me crazy...not being able to run! My trainer has been concentrating on my upper body to increase strenght with weights but my goodness its taking long to heal!!!!
I really miss my cardio workout!!!!!

I've got a Pilates machine. You just lay down, adjust the tension, and push back. It feels great in those target areas of hips and thighs.0
