so for a while now i've been going up and down between these couple pouds, i lose them and i'm like yay! and then like the next day they're back. i know it's a bad idea to weigh yourself everyday but i'm like addicted to it. i don't know how to get out of this plateu, i feel like i'm there because my head's really not in this and i haven't been working out like i used to because i've been having trouble with my knee. going to the dr back and forth always on anti inflamitory pills, all that. i just don't know how to get myself back on that drive i had when i first started.

First, get off the scale. Throw it away if you aren't disciplined enough to stay off it.
Second, get your head in it. If you aren't motivated/committed, not much we can do.
Last, with all that said... how long have you been plateaued? Generally speaking, it's not a plateau until you've been stuck for 4-6 weeks minimum.0
