Hardcore Binge-Busting Challenge

Would anyone be up to a hardcore 21-day binge-busting challenge? Pre-plan the food you plan to eat the night before and stick to it or you are out? Just looking for the motivation to break my bad habit of eating unplanned food. Do something for 21 days (or in this case, not do something) and it becomes a habit.
