I asked for advice the other night on how hard I should hit the weight loss. Should I work really hard or just baby myself into it step at a time. I gave careful thought to your opinions and reflected on my past as well. Decision made, it is time to push myself.
I have been going at this without much effort and of course got very little to show for it. Plus, I remember when I worked hard at it and then thoughts of high calorie stuff would cross my mind and I would figure out how much workout it would cost me and I would refuse it. Thinking I worked too hard and the junk was not worth it. I need that feeling again.
Other advice was given not to count calories burned on housework. I think I will stop doing that. The girl was right that it something that is a life activity. I only started it when I came here and seen others counting it. (sorry, cant remember who gave that advice).
Going back to cardio, weight lifting and ball exercising,--mix that with pilates as well since I've losing some of my flexibility. Will make up a daily plan.
Thanks guys--it is so nice to post and get comments and advice! Debbie :flowerforyou:
