My wonderful boyfriend has just booked us a holiday in two weeks time? I'm doing okay with my weight loss and doing the 30 day shred - level 3 tomorrow!. But does anyone have any extra tips (anything would be helpful) to push myself even harder to speed my progress or be able to tone up that little but more in just two weeks.
