Exercise Habits or Traditions
Something fun and fresh for Friday! Maybe not I have only been a member for a few months and only have really been involved with MFP for several weeks consistently. So maybe this has already been disgusted.
My question is what are some folks habits or traditions when it comes to working out? Do you have "workout only shoes" or do you have a certain piece of equipment that you can't live without? My thing is taste. I HATE the sweat dry mouth taste when working out. So to combat that I usually always chew gum when I work out.
So what are some of your quirks or things of that nature?
