Dont' know what it is, but aim for chicken or fish.. they are better choices.

Typically eat a 500-600 calorie lunch so I'd like to stay in that range if possible.
  • Half an order of fries?
  • Atlantic salmon with broccoli ( the salmon is 9 oz I would eat half and save the rest or ask for the 6oz), 6 oz grilled top sirloin broccoli for a side, or bruschetta chicken (I would ask for no cheese).

Get water to drink !!!----I have never ate her before i just looked at the nutrition menu.

Bruschetta chicken - comes with grilled tomatoes and broccoli - but everything on the menu is high in sodium...

    470 cals
    16 fat
    25 carb
    5 fiber
    ? protein

I seriously love O'Charley's. Haven't been there since probably 2007. Used to go there all the time when I lived in Virginia. I miss it! Hopefully that nutrition guide helps.

I usually order the Mediteranian chicken wrap and substitute some sort of veggie for the fries. Eat half the wrap and the veggies and save the other half for lunch another day.

The wrap is 780 calories for the whole thing, but eating half of it with the veggies is pretty filling.
  • Eat before you go, and then have a salad

I went last week and got the soup and salad. I got a caesar salad and the potato soup. It adds up to 570 calories.
