If you struggle with dropping the pounds and keeping them off, then you must read this book! It will change the way you view "dieting".
It's called "The New American Diet" and it's written by Stephen Perrine.
Definitely look it up! He goes into detail about how just cutting calories and exercising doesn't work! You need to read food lables and KNOW what your putting in your body. This isn't just a diet book, but more of a wellness guide. There are so many toxins and chemicals we are putting in our bodies everyday through common foods that we don't even know! He makes every chapter so easy to read and is also a really funny guy. I could go on for hours about this book!
I really wanted to share it with you all! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
