I have worked and lost 16 lbs doing this MFP.. Which brought me down to only 19 lbs from my over all goal but I am not expecting. I knwo Im not really supposed to be loosing weight but my doctor did tell me if I was eating the right things and making sure I exersice she sees lots that cont to loose a little bit of weight and not pack on the pounds. I DO NOT want to gain any extra fat which I know is possible. Does anyone know what a healthy amount of calories would be for someone pregnant. Im really just clueless on what to do as far as eating and exercising.

For the first 2 trimesters eat your daily requirement. For the last up it by about 100 cal. My take is that the baby needs nutrition to grow. If it needs something and you don't provide it you've not done your job as a mother. Breast feeding is the best diet. You can lose the weight after the kid is born.0

You need to consult your doctor about what you should be eating for calories during pregnancy. Please talk to your doctor.0
