So I started the herbalife challange today. So far, I've drank a ton of water, had a protein shake and am heading to subway to get a low fat, 6 inch sub. I'm stumped on what to make for dinners. It's really frustrating to have to count everything that goes in your mouth. Anyway, I'm here for support and to support others in our weight loss journey. It's nice to be here. :flowerforyou:

    Welcome! Meal planning helps so you know what your going to eat day to day. But I too don't know what I'm having for supper but I have it narrowed down to two things. Make a pizza on Joseph's pita bread or whole wheat pasta with meat sauce. Good Luck to you!
