OK I drink alot of water, alot! :drinker: It's actually all I drink, even when I wasn't watching what I was eatting. I don't take caffeine, I do have a few glasses of wine some days (4 ounces each and I measure them) I can't figure out why I'm soooo bloated? I have really increased my fiber intake and eat alot of veggies, could that be it? Will my body ever adjust?

well an increase in fiber can cause bloating -http://www.womenfitness.net/stomach_bloating.htm - so can some veggies such as broccoli, brussel sprouts onions etc. hope this helps alittle
  • How much sodium are you taking in? Do you log your calories on here? If so, look at your report. You shouldn't be taking in more than 2500 mg a day. Sodium causes your cells to suck in water. However, I read a 'Red Carpet Tip" that the stars use...eat a banana. Potassium does the opposite of sodium and draws water out of your cells.
  • Yes...Fiber does bloat you. I have also noticed that carbohydrates bloat me as well. A low carb diet helps me curb the bloating.

Thanks for the site. I think it is the fiber. I'm over everyday for the past 3 days  I'll just wait it out and see if it passes. I do need the fiber for digestion!

I may eat a bannana a day, today my sodium isn't over, but the past 2 days it has been. I've only been on MFP for a toatal of 6 days, I think my body will get used to the fiber within a week or two, I hope.
