850 Calorie Meals

Just pondering this because I thought it was hilarious that with the new school lunch regulations teens are complaining of being hungry, when now that I've started counting calories, many of my lunches average 300 - 550 calories and I would consider them to be a better than decent sized meal. I feel as though they're just complaining because they're 1. throwing a lot of food away like usual and 2. they're not used to regular portion sizes. But that's just my opinion.

So I'm wondering what lunch would you make that contained 850 calories?

2 large salmon fillets with sweet potato and salad w/olive oil dressing. Thats 850 cals easily.

Infact, I eat that quite often.
