Should I log my extra job?

I have my profile set to very active as I run a day care and my day starts at 7 am and ends at 5 i pm cooking cleaning, dressing kids playing games running and we do daily walks around the nieghbourhood. I also work out 6 days a week for about 1-2 hours. recently I got a job serving at a restraunt 2 nights a week as well. after my frist shift i can tell you its hard work! an online site said it burns 255 calories an hour (id estimate 200) which is roughly 800 calories a night, or and extra 1600 calories burned a week on top of my other job.... should I log this or adjust my calre needs for the week??

I'd log it. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day, moving about the classroom, being active (I teach secondary languages). Apparently it burns 88 calories an hour, so I log it. If i teach a 5 lesson day it all adds up!0
