Staying on track at university

Hey y'all!
I'm starting my first year of university next week and I am so excited! But there is a part of me that is really worried about keeping on track with my weight loss/health kick. I'm actually thinking of joining a weight loss group (eg weight watchers or slimming world) when I get there just to make sure I have that added incentive.

Does anyone have advice for making sure you stay in control when you're away from home for the first time or at university/college?
