YIPPEEE!!!!!! Since December 18th... I've lost 17lbs (and I've really only been watching calories and exercising since last Friday)

THat was the positive confirmation I needed today =)

    Thanks everyone! I was feeling kinda down in the dumps today- because I way planned wrong for the week- and ran out of fresh fruits and veggies- and it's thrown my meals off for the past 2 days... so stepping on the scale was all the encouragement I needed- and I drug through the freezer and found a big bag of vegetables =) YIPPEEE!!!
