Okay I am not new to working out but new to the arc trainer. Been doing it about 10 mins a day usually break it up in 5 min session cause my thighs burn so bad. I was told that over time this will go away. Any advice for me being a newbie on it?:smokin:

The arc trainer is definitely much harder than the elliptical. In fact, it is what I use for my HIIT days. Like any exercise, just increase the time that you do weekly. If 5 minutes is all you can do to start, then you might consider going up by a minute or 2 weekly. Is the five minutes at the lowest resistance setting? if not, cut the resistance down to 1.

OHHHH I love the Arc Trainer! My gym doesn't have one GRRR. It's been a few years since I used on though so no real advice. I would guess like everything else when you notice it get easy, go harder, go faster, and go heavier. Enjoy!

Yea I am using in 1. My trainer told me to leave it that.
  • Just keep at it. It's similar to the eliptical and has similar benefits. If you do it three days a week just adding time to it.
