P90 level 1-2

Any one doing p90? Today was my day 3 and I love it. I can feel every muscle (very sore) but this time I decided not to take anything to easy it so that I know which muscles are affected. My day 90 should fall just before new years and my oal is size 10.
I am currently tight size 12.

    I am currently tight size 12.
    i am almost on day 60. I went from a tight 10 to an 8. My only complaint is that the workouts do get boring. You do the same 2 workouts over and over and over... you get the picture.
    My day 30 day results: lost 5 lbs , 1 inch off waist, hips, and each thigh. Lost 2.4 percent body fat. My arms are smaller too, but I didn't measure them.

    Yes I am just 8 days into it myself. I can already feel better(although boy i am dead after the workout!) Good luck to both of you as well. I heard so many success stories from the power 90, and it definitely seems like they can hold true

    Day 13. Day 1 whooped me. I think part of it was shock to my body, part was expecting it to be way easier than it was. I watched the routine night before and thought, "Ah this is gonna be cake!" I am nearly able to do the whole workouts completely to max...

    Today is day 78 for me on P90. It works. Just be consistent and of course 80% of success is built in the kitchen.

    try eating things really high in protein before eating things high in carbs. say, instead of pasta for dinner (mostly carbs) try some steak with potato on the side... you get mostly protein (steak) and some carbs (potato)

    it is tough, takes practice, and if you plan out your meals ahead of time you may find it easier

    Day 6 today will do it later.
    Tomorrow should be my rest day but I will take it on Wednesday due to some appts.

    When entering it, what do you put it under in the exercise section of the log? I have been putting it under circuit and cardio...
