Just started, week 1 will end on Sunday. I am shocked that my previous calorie goal I was using to lose weight would actually cause weight gain. Which unfortunately it has, plus not monitoring my food intake.

I really enjoy clicking the completion of the day and seeing the "what you would weigh in 5 weeks if everyday was like today". This is very encouraging, and when you slip up for the day and see the consequence with weight gain it is nice to get you back on track. Thanks to a great website!
