Hi everyone!

I've been a member for a while, but not been doing so well on my own - so decided to turn to you guys for support!

I'm amazed at how much some of you guys have lost - completely amazing and it puts my efforts to lost 1 1/2 stone to shame!

Anyway, I hope to see/hear from you all in the future.

    Getting support from others going through the same thing as youare is very important. I would of never gotten this far without the support I have gotten from other people that are or have gone through this journey. When I started to falter I joined MFP as soon as I learned about it and it has been a great tool for me and a great support system. I have lost 15 pounds in less then 2 months.
