Hello friends...
I'm Ayesha, (not a new user at MFP) but I know that plenty of newcomers will be posting messages in this section, and will be a little lost on mfp at first....
So new friends, I have started a group that aims at:
1 INTRODUCING EXERCISE INTO THE SCHEDULE (doesn't matter how many days or how many minutes you start with, as long as you start... any start is a start
)
2 MAKING FITNESS PURSUERS INCREASE EXERCISE TIME EVERY MONTH.
Our body gets used to the same minutes of exercise after some time, no matter what kind of exercise it is. So we need to avoid weightloss plateaus and keep increasing our exercise minutes.
Also, as we lose more and more weight, there is "lesser" of us for our "bodies" to carry around so we burn fewer calories. This is another reason why increasing workout minutes is so important.
