One calorie snack ideas

Here is my dilemma- I burned 1 calorie today while working out. Should I eat it back? If so, does anyone have any 1 calorie snack ideas? Any feedback would be appreciated!!!!

    You should only eat back half of your exercise calories, so you need something with half a calorie, sorry to burst your bubble.

    two inches of a celery stalk or maybe one small dill pickle, but make sure it's small not medium or you'll go over.

    Well, I learned from my new friend's sister's boyfriend's cousin that you are supposed to eat back 5x the number of calories you burn when you exercise. So find something with 5 calories!!

    Actually, OP, you're looking pretty frail and thin -- better make it a milkshake ;)

    Now if any of you is wondering how I have mastered the one calorie workout, I'm about to tell you (whether you like it or not).

    1. Lift beer to mouth and chug
    2. Crush beer can
    3. Throw beer can at wall (or spouse, if you are that type I guess)
    4. Hop to the left 3 times
    5. Let out a grunt, rawr, scream...whatever floats your boat.
    6. Go grab another beer.


    Important things for this exercise:

    Make sure that you drink a light beer- we don't want to get dehydrated.
    After several beers, you may burn more than one calorie. As your intoxication increases, calorie burn does as well.
    I am not liable for any injuries you have during this exercise. Don't freakin bring me to court (can't afford a good lawyer!!)
